The Manager Of Corporate Education is a strategic leadership role at Serefin, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and working in close collaboration with the Vice President Of Serefin Health. This position plays a critical part in shaping and driving Serefin's educational strategy to support workforce development and organizational excellence.

The Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing impactful corporate education programs that build employee capacity and advance Serefin's mission. This role reflects Serefin's commitment to a learning culture and positions education as a key enabler of organizational success.

Scope Of Role : Leadership

• Provide visionary leadership in the development of corporate education initiatives aligned with Serefin's strategic goals and workforce development needs.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, educational best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of corporate education.
• Develop a comprehensive education strategy that includes learning objectives, curriculum development, delivery methods, and evaluation mechanisms.
• Define key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and impact of educational programs.
