Description

Perform a wide range of transactional and operational duties with proven proficiencies to serve our members with high accuracy in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Provide excellent service to our members at all times and have strong cross-selling abilities for additional products and services. Must have the ability to solve more complex member problems, transactions and work-related matters with confidence and accuracy. Proactively assist other branch employees without being prompted by the Branch Manager.

Requirements

• Member Service :

Greet and assist members with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately.

Promote and cross-sell additional banking products and services, such as loans, credit cards, or savings accounts, based on customer needs.

Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and that all documentation complies with our policies and regulatory requirements.

Work at different branches or locations as needed, providing coverage in high-demand situations or when other tellers are unavailable.

Adhere to all security and privacy regulations regarding customers' financial data.

Reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts.

Help with other branch tasks such as filing, assisting with lobby management, or providing administrative support.
