We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Plano, Texas. This role focuses on supporting daily operations related to auto and property insurance risk analysis through reconciliations, monitoring data sources, and precise data collection.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform daily reconciliations for insurance and risk management records to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor auto and property insurance sites as well as other designated data sources for updates and changes.
- Collect, organize, and maintain daily operational data critical to insurance risk functions.
- Communicate findings and discrepancies to internal teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in all repetitive tasks.
- Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
- Ability to analyze complex documents and extract relevant information.
- Familiarity with claims processing or financial services is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
