Consulting Partner, Environmental Remediation

ERM is seeking a growth-minded, client-facing leader as part of the continued expansion of our Liability Portfolio Management & Remediation (LPMR) service line. We are looking for an established market leader to fulfill a Partner (Principal / Director / VP) role, fostering and expanding a network of strong client relationships in the Great Lakes North Business Unit (Midwest-specific). This position will be based in the Chicago area, with consideration given to other locations in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and Ohio.

For the Consulting Partner, Environmental Remediation position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $170,000 – $190,000 (USD). An employee’s pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. We also may have instances where employee’s fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above. This job may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term / flex force employees are NOT bonus eligible).
