Job Description
Our recruiting firm is partnering with a property management company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, to find them a AR Specialist. This is a well-established management company that is taking on additional clients and now looking to grow their team.
This position is a temp to perm opportunity ideally. The client does intend to continue to keep the candidate on permanently. The ideal salary for this role is $23-$26 per hour. The organization also offers full benefits.
Job Summary
- Deposit and post payments received via checks, ACH and lockbox
- Issue payment coupons
- Answer questions from owners, lawyers and vendors
- Phone-based collections prior to issuing demand letters
- Pull daily aging reports in system
