HVAC Technician - JLL

What this job involves

You'll take ownership of operational maintenance for HVAC systems across our facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of all mechanical systems. Your primary focus will be protecting and enhancing client assets while maintaining 100% uptime through reliability-based maintenance strategies. This role requires implementing maintenance best practices, managing equipment inspection programs, and continuously evaluating methods to maximize performance and value for our clients.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Maintaining continuous operation of all HVAC-related building systems, including mechanical controls, electrical components, and temperature control systems.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and reliability maintenance procedures while managing both internal staff and external contractors.
• Conduct building rounds, maintaining detailed logs and data sheets, and ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met.
• Provide customer interface and support, assist in planning and scheduling optimization, and ensure high-quality document management.
• Assist in developing capital plans for infrastructure upgrades and equipment replacements, overseeing major building projects from planning through completion, and maintaining up-to-date building drawings and compliance documentation.
• Identify hazards, implement remediation measures, and manage comprehensive safety training programs.
• Coordinate contractor activities, ensure proper work authorization procedures are followed, and maintain incident contact response protocols.

Compensation : $34-42 per hour; based on experience

Estimated compensation for this position :

71,900.00 - 88,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

Location : On-site -Andover, MA
