Pastry Cook

Job Overview :

Shooters Waterfront is looking for a Pastry Cook with a passion for sweet and delicious creations to join our award-winning waterfront operation. In addition to being well-versed in the production and creation of pastry in a high-volume environment, the Pastry Cook should also demonstrate effective communication and strong team collaboration.

Reports to : Pastry Chef.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : (other duties may be assigned)

• Prepare our delicious pastries, cakes, and other desserts from scratch using the recipe instructions, proper portioning methods, pastry techniques, and plating standards on a consistent and timely basis.
• Complete your prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, follow all specs, and properly store food items.
• Consistently adhere to established sanitization standards, make sure your workstation stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Pastry Chef.
