About the Role

The Partner Success Manager (PSM) serves as the primary relationship owner for medium- to high-touch partners, delivering exceptional, personalized support. This role blends strategic relationship-building with hands-on solutioningensuring partners achieve their goals while driving retention, renewals, and expansion. The PSM will maintain consistent touchpoints, provide white-glove service, and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

Because Frog Street is dedicated to supporting early childhood educators, this role requires strong Early Childhood teaching experience combined with sales-oriented skills , including renewal conversations, upsell strategy, and growth-focused account management.

Must Haves (Non-Negotiable)

• Direct Early Childhood teaching experience (required).
• Experience in a sales, revenue, or account growthfocused role (renewals, upselling, account expansion, or customer success with sales KPIs).
• Ability to translate classroom experience into strategic partnership support and solution positioning.
• Strong relationship-building skills with confidence leading renewal and retention conversations.
• Comfort delivering presentations, trainings, or webinars to educator and administrator audiences.
