Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Accounts Payable Specialist position in Golden, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Accounts Payable position.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $60,000 and $70,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities :

• Reviewing, processing, and coding invoices
• Tracking invoices through the approval process
• Weekly check runs
• Providing excellent customer service to vendors
• Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
• Maintaining vendor files
• Preparing 1099s at year end
• Maintaining subcontractor insurance certificates
• Sorting and distributing mail
• Answering phones and transferring calls
• All other related tasks as required
