Locums Anesthesiologist Assistant Inpatient + Outpatient Indianapolis, IN Why This Role

  • Join a high-volume surgical center within the IU Health system
  • Level 1 trauma hospital support in a structured team environment
  • Seeking long-term locum support with multiple positions available

Assignment Details

  • Start : 11-1-2025
  • End : Ongoing
  • Schedule : Day shifts, Monday-Friday
  • Coverage Type : Inpatient + Outpatient (no call)
  • EMR : Cerner

    • Clinical Details

  • Procedures : General OR support
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced surgery center
  • No supervision of APPs or residents

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
  • Licensed or willing to license in Indiana
  • Must complete full credentialing (temporary privileges not available)

    • Skills Needed

  • Competence across standard anesthesia protocols and techniques
  • Experience in both inpatient and ambulatory surgical environments
