Corporate Concierge Account Coordinator

The Corporate Concierge Account Coordinator is responsible for providing concierge services to identified employees participating in physical programs such as the Be Well at Shell Premier Prevention exam.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Performing confirmation, appointment preparation duties and on-site concierge services as outlined in the procedures for these types of programs
• Rotating to multiple locations and the assigned home-base could be any of the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic locations including the administrative business center in Pearland
• Responsible for the appointment booking, database management and overall maintenance of the premier program accounts
• Regularly liaising with clinic operations to ensure all corporate protocols are in the system, by patients, and are followed as per company specifications

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
