What You’ll Do Lead product design, testing, and evaluation of innovative structural solutions. Prepare technical documents, detailed drawings, and product specifications. Drive innovation with product designs that set new industry benchmarks. Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and contractors. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop testing protocols, training materials, and case studies. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations. What We’re Looking For Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of steel and concrete design across residential and commercial construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar 3D modeling / design software. Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Confident presenting complex technical content with clarity and impact.
