Position Summary – LEAN ENGINEER

AGM Container Controls, Inc. is seeking a driven and experienced Lean Manufacturing Engineer to lead our continuous improvement efforts and play a critical role in transforming our manufacturing processes. What You’ll DoLead the development and expansion of AGM’s Lean culture across the organization.Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive cross-functional teams to execute them.Facilitate and implement Lean tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, etc.) to enhance operations.Design efficient workstations, run mock trials, conduct time studies, and present actionable results.Collaborate with Operations and Engineering leadership to align Lean strategies with company goals.Recommend product design improvements to enhance manufacturability and efficiency.Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and internal procedures.Support the manufacturing floor with real-time problem solving and process documentation.Minimal travel for engineering meetings.What You’ll Bring

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency, or status as a U.S. Person as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).Please note that this is an on-site role, and remote work arrangements are not available. Candidates must be willing and able to work at our facility during designated working hours.Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. This is a salary (exempt) position, so overtime pay is not available.
