As a Relationship Executive in Emerging Middle Market Banking your role is to be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships. You will work both independently and collaboratively to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients. Your role involves growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Emerging Middle Market target Middle Market bankers generally focus on companies with annual revenues ranging from $20 million to $100 million.

Job Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
• Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies
• Develop a weekly sales plan prioritizing revenue generating sales opportunities cultivate referral sources and institutionalize relationships and calling
