- Establish governance frameworks for technology investments, prioritization, and risk management
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Proven experience in enterprise-wide IT governance, policy / guidelines and support.
- Develop and manage the technology budget, monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
- Experience working with 3rd providers Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with prior executive-level accountability for enterprise systems and infrastructure.
- Proven success leading technology strategy in complex, multi system or private equity environments
- Demonstrated experience providing executive-level technical oversight of ERP implementations. (prior IFS software experience is preferred)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data architecture, and systems integration
- Operational experience in field service organizations leveraging mobility technology
- Exceptional communication and executive influence skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into business strategy
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, change-resilient teamsPay : $240K / yr. - $290K / yr.
