We are seeking a full - time Floor Care / Special Services Technician who is passionate about creating clean organized and safe environments for our clients. Youll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout your assigned client sites while working with a supportive team that values excellence and integrity.

Shift :

Monday-Friday some weekends5 : 00 PM to 1 : 30 AM shift can vary.

Pay : $24.15 per hour

Key Responsibilities :

• Stripping & waxing buffing floors grout cleaning burnishing of floors carpet cleaning etc.
• Assist management in the daily operation of specific contract services delivered to customers in a timely and quality manner.
• Orientate in the safe and proper operation of equipment and floor care processes as necessary.
• Assist with job training for staff.
• Conduct quality checks inspections as directed by Management.
• Physically perform all related duties of floor care in accordance with company policies and / or manufacturers recommended maintenance requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repair of equipment as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure it functions properly.
• Promptly report worn and broken equipment to supervisor.
• Responsible for keys combinations and equipment and / or asset control.
• Responsible for securing building when work is complete.
• Assist with establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
• Respond to customer complaints.
