We are looking for a Mitigation Technician Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of mitigation systems. You will teach customers how to use their equipment, troubleshoot issues, and following company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Installing, inspecting, and repairing radon mitigation systems
• Conducting airflow diagnostics (including drilling into concrete / slab foundations)
• Running pipes for ventilation and installing fans
• Working directly with customers and ensuring they understand their systems

This position offers competitive compensation. Compensation varies based on skill, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for competitive benefits and travel reimbursement. Pay for this position starts at $24 per hour but is based on experience. This position offers growth potential and pay will increase as your experience further develops!
