Position Overview

The Project Controls Analyst will support project management through cost control, scheduling, and reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for the construction industry

Kiewit Water Facilities South specializes in constructing water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, and desalination plants across North America. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software.
Monitor project costs and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Prepare regular project status reports, including cost and schedule performance.
Analyze project data to identify trends and potential issues.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Assist in the preparation of project forecasts and financial reports.
Support the development and implementation of project controls procedures and best practices.
Participate in project meetings and provide insight on project performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost management.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as needed.

May work at various different locations and conditions may vary.
