MUST HAVE MINIMUM 5 YEARS CAD EXPERT EXPERIENCE. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT! MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CONCRETE FOUNDATION DESIGN, AS WELL AS WHOLE BUILDING STRUCTURAL DESIGN.

Responsibilities :

• Conceive and develop structural designs from initial concepts, sketches, and other data, translating them into comprehensive design drafts.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a team of architects and engineers, ensuring synergy in all projects.
• Evaluate and select appropriate structural materials, suggesting innovative construction techniques.
• Review and modify existing designs to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings, effectively presenting designs to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay updated on evolving industry trends and standards.
• Adhere to project timelines while ensuring design integrity and quality.
