What You Will Do :

The Enterprise Services Business Solutions organization is seeking a strong candidate to join our energetic and fast-paced team. The Corporate Card Team Lead position will play a crucial role in overseeing the internal customer service development implementation and management of an organizations card programs. The responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Customer support : Providing customer support to card users and acting as a point-of-contact for all program inquiries and suggestions. The ideal candidate for this role typically has a strong background in card networking excellent project management skills and a strategic mindset. They should also have experience with corporate travel and credit cards and knowledge of member behaviors regarding card usage.
• Program Administration : Manage the full lifecycle of the corporate card program including issuing new cards handling replacements and canceling cards for terminated as outlined by RTX policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance : Adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards for card programs.
• Reporting and Data analysis : Monitoring program performance through data analysis and reporting to make informed decisions.
• Risk management : Identifying and mitigating program risks proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
• Subject Matter Expertise : Act as point of contact for card-related inquires providing training support and troubleshooting for cardholders internal departments and program administrators.
• Vendor management : Managing relationships with card issuers payment processors and third-party vendors.
• People Leadership : Oversee and train onshore and offshore staff

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
