Job Summary
Responsible for delivering an optimal, unified customer journey across search, display, and onsite to drive engagement and conversion. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop the marketing plan for the paid search program by running a multi-million dollar budget to ensure KPIs are achieved (acquisition, revenue, lifetime value, etc).
- Lead daily relationship with vendor to advise on business goals and campaign objectives.
- Build and execute test plans for search ad copy and landing pages. Determine rollout optimization strategies after analyzing data and deriving actionable insights.
- Perform daily search engine crawls to identify areas of opportunity for search engine optimization.
- Update tagging to ensure ranking for high traffic and strategic keyword groups Build daily search engine optimization reporting.
- Act as search engine optimization representation for technical (Agile) teams and user experience (UX) to review all new pages and advise on content and tag requirements to positively impact search engine results.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with search engine optimization goals general and keyword specific.
- Provide leadership and oversight to lower-level Digital Marketing Specialists.
- Primary point of contact for all site-marketing initiatives for business as usual brand marketing.
- Analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
