The salary range for this role based in New York is $132320.00 to $165400.00 . The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process by assessing a candidatesexperience skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary :

The Senior Manager Finance Transformation & Strategic Capabilities plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Finance function at Pernod Ricard North America. This role leads initiatives that strengthen Finances people processes and systemsadvancing digital transformation and enabling smarter faster decision-making. Using modern tools such as automation analytics and artificial intelligence the Senior Manager will drive strategic projects that enhance efficiency and support long-term capability building. What youll do :

Lead and support finance strategic initiatives that strengthen processes systems and capabilities ensuring alignment with digital transformation priorities.

Coordinate the implementation of new technologiesincluding automation analytics and AI toolsand support change management training and adoption across Finance.

Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize financial processes by scoping challenges leveraging data insights and collaborating on solution design testing and rollout.

Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams offering financial expertise and a technology-forward perspective to drive better decision-making.

Temporarily own or stabilize Finance processes or functions as needed during transformation efforts ensuring operational continuity and optimization.

Contribute to talent development by supporting programs that strengthen digital fluency analytical capabilities and new ways of working across the Finance team.

Lead mentor and develop direct reports fostering a collaborative high-performing and digitally enabled team culture.

Required qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g. CPA CFA) is a plus

8 years of experience in finance or consulting with at least 3 years leading strategic initiatives process improvement or capability-building projects.

Proven experience in continuous improvement project management and change management within a Finance environment.

Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to design and evaluate solutions that enhance financial performance.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio; experience with tools such as Tagetik Power BI Adaptive Insights SAP JD Edwards Tableau Profisee Copilot365 / Copilot Studio and Anaplan is a plus.
