Overview :

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (Agile, Scrum) to lead complex, enterprise-level IT programs that include multiple interconnected projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Agile project delivery, cross-functional leadership, and technical program coordination across engineering, deployment, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple related projects.
• Develop program strategy, supporting business cases, and high-level project plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets, adjusting as needed based on business priorities.
• Provide detailed status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, resources, and delivery progress.
• Act as a Scrum Master , ensuring the correct use of Agile principles and Scrum processes across teams.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, tools , and best practices.
• Coordinate with IT and business leadership to communicate strategy, direction, and program updates.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive enterprise objectives.
• Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage technical service engineering programs to meet service / product goals and deployment timelines.
• Collaborate across engineering and deployment teams to ensure requirements and design considerations enhance sustainability and scalability of software and services.
