Job Summary :
Our Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BRS) group home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Staff to join our team. In this role, you will provide mentorship, emotional support, and personal care to female-identified adolescents (ages 12-18) in a structured, home-like residential setting.
You will play a key role in helping these young individuals develop life skills, build positive relationships, and navigate their daily routines in a supportive and nurturing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Swing Shift :
Overnight Direct Care / Youth Mentor Staff serve as positive role models for the youth in our program and play a vital role in ensuring their safety and well-being. Our night staff create a safe and nurturing environment by :
