The Opportunity

As Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services, while managing client relationships and supporting the development of junior colleagues. You will work on a diverse portfolio of multinational and domestic clients, providing insights on cross-border tax issues, corporate restructuring, and regulatory changes impacting businesses across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver corporate tax compliance and advisory projects for multinational and local clients.
• Provide technical guidance on corporate restructuring, cross-border transactions, and tax planning.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted business advisor.
• Review work delivered by junior team members, providing coaching and support.
• Keep up to date with developments in the Channel Islands and international tax legislation.
• Support business development initiatives, including proposals and thought leadership.
