As the Maintenance Team Lead , you'll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the maintenance of cutting-edge baking and packaging equipment, including automated robotic systems. You'll lead a team of 12-15 skilled technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
