Position Overview :
The Springs at Greer Gardens is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Director to lead our vibrant senior living community! We offer a serene setting for our residents in Eugene Oregon, but it is our commitment to compassionate quality care that is truly distinctive. We hire visionaries, great communicators, relationship builders, and leaders committed to “doing the right thing.” Because our employees and residents deserve the very best, the right candidate must be nurturing with employees, residents, and families. The Springs at Greer Gardens has 216 beautiful homes, including 109 independent living, 75 assisted living, and 32 memory care apartments for our residents to live life to its fullest, all overseen by the Executive Director, who will report to the Regional Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Assures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulationsAssures adherence to community budgetAssures a stable staff of optimal quantity and quality, by recruiting, hiring, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and, if necessary, terminating employeesAssures all employees consistently educated and trained, including fulfilling any federal and / or state regulations, through new employee orientation and regular education and training classesAssures service needs of all residents consistently identified, through initial contact, initial screening, and subsequent evaluation processesAssures service needs of all residents consistently addressed, through development and implementation of service plansAssures adherence to all department systems, so that the mission and goals of each department is reachedAssures resident, employee, or physical plant problems that arise after usual business hours addressed promptly and effectivelyComplete monthly financial variance reports in a timely mannerQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferredKnowledge of assisted living, memory care and independent living regulationsCurrent ALF / RCF Administrator license preferred5+ years of experience as a senior living Executive Director, in large communityExperience managing multiple departments and competing prioritiesBenefits :
