Product Manager, Fuseal System (Little Rock, AR)

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related technical field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience in industrial piping, mechanical systems, or building technology sectors.
• Proven track record in launching technical B2B products and managing mature product portfolios.
• Strong understanding of thermoplastic piping systems and joining technologies is highly desirable.
• Experience working in matrixed, global organizations with cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of leading executive-level conversations.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic & international) in support of commercial initiatives, training, and customer visits
