Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician

BeMore Staffing is seeking skilled Certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians for a temp-to-perm assignment at a residential apartment community. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. HVAC experience and / or EPA certification is highly desirable.
Applicants must have their own tools , reliable transportation, and proof of EPA certification (Type I, II, III, or Universal).
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical repairs, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
Repair and maintain various structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, residents, and fellow team members.
Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests.
Prepare units for new move-ins, ensuring all quality and readiness standards are met.
Execute annual preventative maintenance programs.
Perform grounds maintenance such as debris pickup, sweeping, and light landscaping.
Assist with special projects as assigned by community management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months of experience in apartment maintenance or a similar environment.
Experience with unit make-ready, general apartment repairs, and basic groundskeeping.
HVAC experience and certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
Possess basic maintenance tools required for daily tasks.
Strong organizational abilities and the capability to work independently or as part of a team.
Apartment Maintenance : 1–2 years
Property Maintenance : 1–2 years
HVAC : 1–2 years (preferred)
