Looking for locum Urology coverage for 5-10 days / month, on-going! Western Kentucky

The team is looking for someone to cover the call schedule for urology 2 3 weekends per month to provide relief to our employed physicians who covers the remainder of the time. This physician would be on call, take consults, round on any patients on urology service, and perform any necessary procedures / surgeries. The employed physician does not currently perform any procedures robotically but they do have 3 robots and are confident they could accommodate a urologist with that skillset, if needed.

Job Details :

• Reason for Coverage : Additional physician needed to provide inpatient coverage.
• Practice Setting : Inpatient / Hospital-Based
• Dates of Coverage : 5 - 10 days per month
• No other urologists onsite during assignment
• Number of Urologists in Group : 1 MD provides inpatient support, 2 APRNs are ambulatory / clinic based only
• Labs & X-rays onsite

Required Procedures :

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days
