Participate in and support the execution of HR Programs with an immediate focus on Talent Acquisition; partner with Talent Acquisition team members to drive best practices for managing the recruitment process from requisition to offer
Responsible for scheduling phone, video and on-site interviews; coordinate with candidates, hiring managers and administrative staff as required
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees in partnership with HR Operations and Benefits
Manage employee data using appropriate HR systems; develop, update and distribute recruiting reports
Other responsibilities as required
Qualifications / Skills :
A demonstrated interested in Human Resources
1-3 years of human resources or related experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
Outstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to details and excellent organizational and project management skills
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
