Where Payroll Meets Purpose Our Payroll Specialist does more than cut checks. This role keeps our operations running smoothly by working closely with our Payroll Manager to support 450+ union and non-union employees across multiple jobsites. You’ll collaborate closely with Accounting, Project Management, and Field Operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing.

We’d Count on You To :

• Support weekly payroll processing for 450+ employees across multiple unions and departments
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax filings and compliance reports
• Manage certified payroll reporting and union fringe benefit calculations for 15+ union agreements
• Review, compile, and enter subcontractor timesheets and compliance documentation
• Process employee mileage and expense reimbursements for 300+ teammates
• Partner with Accounting and Project teams to streamline workflows and drive process improvements
• Jump in where needed to support cross-functional Accounting tasks during busy cycles
