The Greater Los Angeles VA is seeking an exceptional Primary Care Medical Director to lead our new clinic in Lancaster, CA. This pivotal role involves supervising primary care providers, implementing patient-centered medical home policies, and managing clinic operations while delivering comprehensive care to our Veterans. You'll address a wide range of health needs, from acute and chronic illnesses to mental health, gender-specific health requirements, and preventive care. Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, mental health practitioners, and pharmacists to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans.
