Responsibilities

What Youll Do

As a PRN COTA youll collaborate closely with our Occupational Therapist to design and deliver engaging individualized treatment plans that help residents regain function confidence and independence. Youll work as part of an interdisciplinary team that values connection creativity and collaboration all while ensuring documentation and productivity goals are met with quality and care.

Qualifications

What You Bring

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Active COTA license in Illinois

Flexible schedule availability including occasional weekends

Experience in long-term care rehab or acute care is a plus (but not required we love developing new talent!)
