Redwood Credit Union is looking for a Vice President of Educational Development & Employee Engagement who will lead the Educational Development and Employee Engagement teams, focusing on enhancing team member satisfaction, organizational development, and training. This role will drive strategies that align with the mission and vision of Redwood Credit Union (RCU), supporting a high-performance culture that fosters employee empowerment, growth, and an exceptional team member experience. The VP will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that RCU's workforce is engaged, developed, and aligned with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business administration, instructional systems design, communications, human resources or similar, with a minimum of 10 years of related experience in a financial institution and minimum of three years of progressive leadership experience.

Compensation : Base starting range : $170,961 to $188,988 annually. Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
