Entry Level Finance Associate-Mandarin

Our client, an International Bank, is seeking an Entry Level Finance Associate - Mandarin to join their team. As an Entry Level Finance professional, you will be part of the Administration department supporting Branch Senior Management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Entry Level Finance Associate- Mandarin

Location : New York, NY (Hybrid)

Pay Range : $55,000 - $65,000

What's the Job?

• Assist in routine Accounting and Financial matters as requested by Branch Management.
• Prepare and assist in departmental vendor review and management.
• Support office operations, including managing office equipment and systems.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings related to financial and administrative activities.
• Provide secretarial support to Senior Management, including confidential translation and arranging business trip logistics.
