Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To : - Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects.- Work directly with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.- Develop project budgets, timelines, and scope documentation.- Monitor job sites for safety, schedule adherence, and quality.- Report regularly to stakeholders with status updates and risk mitigation plans.- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards. Qualifications : - 7+ years in commercial construction management.- Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-million dollar projects.- Knowledge of commercial pool and aquatic facility construction a major plus.- Proficient in project management tools (, Procore, Buildertrend).- OSHA 30 certification preferred.- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
