Summary
The Manager of Project Intake & Strategy is a leadership role within the ePMO responsible for governing the project vetting and intake process and ensuring all new requests submitted through the MUSC intake portal (ServiceNow) align with MUSC Health’s strategic priorities. This role is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders on business case development, driving intake vetting and governance, and project scoping and estimation. The manager will lead standardized ServiceNow-based workflows for intake review, project qualification, high level design and scoping, prioritization, and enterprise alignment across academic, clinical, research, financial, and operational domains. This high-visibility role will ensure that project goals and approach are well defined and that the project intake process appropriately prioritizes projects that are aligned with enterprise strategic priorities.
This position supervises a Program Coordinator and partners closely with the three ePMO portfolios (Information Solutions, Operations, and Planning Design & Construction) and university, health system, and enterprise operations to continue to mature the intake process, build effective and comprehensive project business cases, improve data quality, and promote informed project approval decisions.
