Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

We are seeking a Full-time Psychiatrist to join our team supporting programs in West Linn, Oregon (12 miles south of Portland). We offer residential treatment for adults and adolescents plus intensive outpatient services . This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with a group of highly skilled professionals who support our patients working toward recovery.

Responsibilities Include :

• Conduct initial Psychiatric evaluations and weekly follow-up sessions to include psychotropic medication management.
• Maintain current and proper progress notes.
• Collaborate with the full treatment team as needed and provide patient-specific input for Discharge Planning.
• Communicate with referring providers and family members as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with all standards set by agencies with oversight of this facility.
