Property Management Assistant for the Public Housing Division

Compensation : Wage range is $17.99 per hour - $22.13 per hour ($37,428.49 annually - $46,032.32 annually)

• Note : the starting wage for this position will be $17.99 per hour .

POSITION FUNCTION SUMMARY :

Under general supervision of the Property Manager, this position provides clerical and administrative assistance to assigned AHA-owned and / or managed housing rental properties for a wide variety of property functions including tenant relations and property management, customer service, compliance and eligibility, maintenance requests and general office administrative tasks; maintains tenant files and related documentation; and performs related duties, as assigned.
