About the Role :

We’re seeking a high-energy, ultra-charismatic Sales Representative to become the face and force behind a rapidly growing personal brand. This brand includes masterminds, high-ticket workshops, exclusive 1-on-1 mentorships, branded merchandise, and transformative training programs. You’ll play a key role in building strong business relationships, driving revenue, and making a direct impact on the brand's expansion.

Responsibilities :

  • Sell a suite of products and services including masterminds, trainings, workshops, 1-on-1 coaching, merchandise, and more
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads with professionalism, speed, and charisma
  • Drive follow-ups, discovery calls, and consultations that convert
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships that lead to referrals and recurring business
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and customer experience
  • Track sales performance and CRM updates with diligence and accuracy
  • Represent the brand online and occasionally at live events with presence and polish
  • Pay : Starting at $25 hourly plus commission

    Requirements

  • 2+ years in high-ticket sales, B2C or B2B (coaching, events, or similar fields preferred)
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and non-verbal)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and audience connection
  • Confident in hosting Zoom calls, sales demos, or attending live events
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a remote team
  • Professional demeanor with a people-first attitude
