About the Role
The Company is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Division Chief of Pediatric Urology. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic vision for the division, overseeing clinical operations, and leading major campus expansion and innovation in pediatric care. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing the division's strategic vision, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation. Key responsibilities include mentoring faculty, fellows, and residents, and advancing research, education, and clinical missions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, with board certification in Urology and subspecialty certification in Pediatric Urology, a minimum of 5 years' clinical experience in pediatric urology, and a proven track record in academic leadership, quality improvement, and team building. Eligibility for Texas medical licensure is required, and the candidate should be committed to advancing clinical quality, patient safety, and research productivity.
