This job will continuously evolve, but for the 1st year it focused on walking the customer through a set of choices for new meeting room technology, assisting an AV technician with the installation of that meeting room technology, being the onsite project manager, conducting training and go live support of the rooms, and being the liaison between us and the customer.
This role involves extensive travel, organization skills, technical skills, interpersonal skills and teaching skills.

Experience in installation, service, testing, troubleshooting or programming of numerous Audio Visual Systems including : Crestron, Extron, AMX, Smartboards, etc.Experience working in teams and independently to complete commercial installation and service projectsExperience integrating various low voltage systemsWorking knowledge of audio, video, control and communications systemsAudio, video conferencing, or control equipment manufacturer certifications a plus. (Polycom / AMX / Crestron / NEC / Bi-AMP / etc.)Solid job history working for established A / V contractorMinimum of 2 years’ experience in the AV field implementationExperience with reviewing bid documents for purposes of evaluating and implementing scopes of work descriptions, etc. a plus.Highly technical, with the ability to evaluate situations, utilizing logical and decisive reasoningCTS, CTS-I and CTS-D are desirableThe ability to demonstrate computer literacy, i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Auto Cad
