Job Description :
Serve as the primary liaison to the OHS product team, leading cross-functional Agile product teams. Responsible for managing all contractor personnel and driving continuous product discovery and delivery. The ideal candidate brings experience as a Product Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach within government or similar mission-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise project staff and ensure Agile delivery processes are followed.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage competing priorities.
- Communicate risks and align deliverables with product vision and user needs.
