We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to provide essential support to our client in his home. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current insurance. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities to enhance their quality of life and maintain independence.
Responsibilities :
- Fall Supervision : Ensure client safety by monitoring for fall risks and providing support as needed.
- Meal Preparation : Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Medication Reminders : Assist clients in remembering and adhering to medication schedules.
- Laundry & Light Housekeeping : Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment, including laundry, light cleaning, and organizing.
- Transportation : Drive clients to doctor appointments, run errands, and assist with grocery shopping.
- Community Engagement : Accompany clients on trips around town and support them in maintaining an active lifestyle.
