Job Summary :

Seeking a Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will exhibit proficiency in day-to-day cash disbursement functions and provide comprehensive funding support across various product lines with minimal supervision. Treasury experience is critical for this role to ensure immediate contribution and effective communication with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities :

Execute day-to-day cash disbursement functions adhering to Firm standards and maintaining smooth transaction flows.

Maintain robust communication with agent banks and business units, ensuring seamless payment executions.

Handle cash disbursement inquiries, including internal investigations to resolve any issues promptly.

Analyze cash positions, general ledger, and balance sheets to ensure accurate funding and cost of carry allocation.

Provide assistance to traders, supporting late trades / position management and the Global FX initiative.

Must-Have Skills :

Call center experience

Treasury and cash disbursement

Strong communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating with various departments.

Industry Experience :

Prior experience in Treasury within banking or financial services is essential.
