• Inpatient psychiatric care for adult patients
• Diagnostic focus includes anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD / ADHD, personality disorders, eating disorders, developmental disorders, psychotic disorders, and organic disorders
• Treatment responsibilities include pharmacotherapy and management of seclusion and restraint per hospital policy
• Familiarity required with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application
• No requirement for group therapy, family therapy, or ECT (ECT experience preferred but not required)
• Rounding on assigned patients only Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry; if Board Eligible, must obtain certification within 5 years of residency completion
• Active Missouri license or active IMLC
• BLS required
• Inpatient psychiatry experience required
• Epic experience required
• Availability for roughly 20-22 shifts per month January through August 2026
• Local candidates preferred (no explicit local-only requirement) Compensation
