Position Summary :

The Assistant Cheer Coach will support the Head Coach in all aspects of coaching team development and program administration. This includes assisting with practices developing routines promoting team spirit and ensuring the safety and well-being of all student-athletes. The Assistant Coach will work collaboratively with the Performing Arts staff to support recruitment of prospective students and retention of current team members in alignment with the mission and values of Iona University.

• Please note : This is part-time stipend position (no benefits) with a term appointment for the current 2025-2026 academic year. The position is renewable annually pending a favorable review.
