Manager, FP&A

This position is remote within the U.S. While all qualified candidates will be considered the ideal candidate will work East Coast hours or hybrid : 23 days per week from our American Fork UT office or a few times per month from our Melville NY office.

Job Summary

The Manager FP&A plays a critical role within the Finance team as a strong right-hand to the Senior Director FP&A. This hands-on role drives detailed financial analysis while providing strategic oversight.

What You Will Do

• Directly manage assigned team members and provide oversight across the full FP&A function including coaching performance evaluations and development opportunities
• Oversee global P&L through financial planning long-range planning budgeting forecasting and monthly reporting
• Coordinate and participate in monthly planning cycles and annual budgeting processes
• Prepare and present budgets forecasts and monthly business reviews to the executive team
• Serve as a finance business partner to department and division leaders delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
• Drive improvements in financial systems processes and internal control
• Support special projects and perform additional duties as needed

The range for this position is $120000 - $150000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience current skills location / labor market internal equity etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
