Job Responsibilities

• Design Customized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' individual needs and create tailored therapeutic plans that empower them to reach their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive functioning, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team : Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families : Teach patients and their families various therapy techniques to facilitate ongoing improvement at home
• Document and Evaluate Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track
